Terms and Conditions

1. Workshop Registration and Payment

A place in our workshop will be reserved for you upon our acceptance of your registration. A course confirmation email will be sent to you approximately one week before the workshop date.

2. Workshop Withdrawals, Cancellations, and Replacements

For withdrawals or cancellations, participants will be subject to the following charges based on the date of written notice:

Replacements from the same company are welcome. Befinity AI must be notified of any replacements at least one working day prior to the workshop date. No-shows will be charged the full course fee.

3. Course Cancellation by Befinity AI

Befinity AI reserves the right to change or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, we will provide a full refund of the course fee paid.

4. Use of Our Services and Consent

By registering for our Services, you consent to the following:

• Your photographs and/or video recordings taken during workshops may be used by Befinity AI for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Your email address may be used for our email marketing and to send you information about our Services. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided as part of the Services, including our website and workshop materials, are the property of Befinity AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Befinity AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
